Deploying workflows using spring bean in Alfresco5.0b community edition

In the Alfresco 5.0b community edition there is no workflow console hence I tried deploying workflow in Alfresco5.0b using spring bean.
I couldn't see my workflow from the dropdown on click of start workflow button.
I don't see any errors in the log file.
Am I missing any configuration?

I have placed the files under,
C:\Alfresco50b\tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco\extension
I have attached the files as well. Can any one please help me in this?
