Creation of thumbnail failed error in alfresco.log

Hi Alfrecians,

I was able to bump an exception found in alfresco.log (please see attached file) regarding Creation of thumbnail 'doclib' failed. I would like to ask assistance on how to resolve this issue.

The log is quite clear about the cause of this issue: "Unsupported transformation: transformer.OpenOffice.2Pdf application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet to application/pdf "

You should check your configuration regarding the OpenOffice converter and if your OpenOffice/LibreOffice process is actually running at all.
