Crash Alfresco Mobile on android

Hi,
Im using 4.2.e with latest Alfresco Mobile on android 4.2.2, i choose some of my documents as favorite to be able to always sync them with server and be able to  modify those file even when im offline.

Now when im offline and trying to modify any of my documents almost doc, docx and xlsx(using Polaris Office) alfresco app crashing!
ALfresco App open office app for me i modify the file when im trying yo return to alfresco alfresco crashs Randomly!! im was not able to find out why some times it crashes why sometime it not!

But when if i modified first file and alfresco not crashing its 100% sure that it will crash when im modified second document and return to alfresco.

On the other hand some times after a disconnection and reconnection when im trying to open files quick office telling me "an error occured on opening this file"

Is there anyway to fix this ? Any patch ? Am i using it in unsupposed conditions ?

Just for more info…

I test same story on iOS i sync my favorite files, i disconnect from any network connection, Then i tried to modify my files but i didnt have any problem i even can modify more than one file and more than one time.
But on andoid the first file crash(Some times), but on second try to modify any file it crashes immediately(alfresco open doc in office i can modify it when i save and want to return it Crashes).

I received the notification that this bug has fixed ,is there any chance that i can test it before release ?

Version 1.3.1 is out
and right now i did my first test, and this bug is fixed
But i dont know what is the different exactly but with 4.2.c is working much better, it seems there is still a sync problem with 4.2.e 😕

Aloah,

Glad to hear it fix some part of your troubles.

Regarding the sync issue, could you use the url "alfresco/cmisatom" (service url) in your account configuration and redo your tests ?


Alfresco Community 4.2.e comes with the public API and when your alfresco account is configured with "/alfresco" it uses this new API.
With "alfresco/cmisatom" it uses the legacy one so the same as Alfresco 4.2.c
