Copy folders through CIFS and keeping AD permissions

Hello everyone,
I've managed to make Alfresco work over CIFS, and mounted a network drive on my local computer.
Alfresco is linked to my AD, SSO works well both on the webclient and on that mounted drive.

I would like to copy some folders and files onto alfresco. Thoses folders and files have some permissions, and users from the AD have different rights on them.
I would like to copy all those files into alfresco, keeping the general organization, and most importantly keeping the permissions (though linking the AD permissions to permissions into alfresco).
I've tried a bunch of tools (robocopy, xxcopy…), but none seems to do the trick.
Is there a way to import folders into alfresco while using CIFS ? Or is there any tool that could help me with that ?
There is a LOT of those files, so doing it manually is not an option…

Thanks in advance !

Working with Alfresco 4.0.2 Community on Windows Server 2012.
Local machine : Win 8 64bits

Unfortunately CIFS knows nothing about access control lists.

There are migration tools but I've not used them.

You could also do some analysis about what the permissions are and perhaps what the permissions should be.     If there's no obvious pattern then you need either a tool or to write some code.
