Collections' custom title/description

Hi there.

I edited the title and description on one of the default collections of a wcmqs site and I expected the changes to e visible in the site but the webscript always shows the default title/description.

I'm using the "/list/links" webscript and edited the title and description on the "featured.links" collection but it keeps showing "Featured" and "This is a collection of featured content items." on the wcmqs page.

I created a new collection and pointed the webscript to use it and the page displays the initial title/description. Then, If I edit them the page shows the new values as expected, so the problem doesn't seem to apply to new collections.

Can someone else confirm this issue?

Regards.

Please would you confirm a couple of things for me? Firstly, what locale/language do you have set as your browser preference, and secondly what is the default Java locale on your Alfresco server?

I can confirm the same issue.

If you change Title/Description on any collection the changes are not applied even after server restart.

This is very disappointing since we wanted to present Web Quick Start application to our customers in two days from now Smiley Sad

Why does it matter what locale has been set?

Application should just print the Title and Description value and that is it.

Yes, I understand the frustration, and I'm keen to try to work out what is causing it, but without the information I've asked for I'm not in a position to investigate.
