I have this file in my Linux box: /alf_data/contentstore/2015/4/7/13/51/cbdf143f-4eee-49ca-b935-72b31257f64b.bin..

How I can search by the document in the Share that use this file ?

You can't search directly the physical file in the Alfresco storage, but you will able to download that file using the Alfresco API or Alfresco Share web application.
