Authentication Folders in 5.0a war

It appears that in 5.0a war there are some missing folders like ldap and ldap-ad under
alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/subsystems/Authentication/?

alfrescoNtlm, external, kerberos, and passthru are there. Just not ldap and ldap-ad.

Is ldap subsystem setup changed in version 5?

Thanks,

Rudi Schmitz

Hi Rudi, I noticed the same. Did you get it to work? I tried copying over the old config files from my 4.2 installation but I cannot get ldap authentication to work with the same configuration, so something must have changed…

I setup ldap successful by putting configuration file in folder tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco\extension\subsystems\Authentication. Hope this help!

Hey quangnv
I was able to enable synchronization by adding the missing directories (ldap1/ldap) to the folder you mentioned. The users are synchronized from openLDAP to alfresco now, but all synchronized users are disabled. I couldn't find a way to enable the accounts so far.
Best regards
