What do you want to change for "reassign"? Do you want to know if it <b>can</b> be changed or how <b>you</b> might need to change it for your use case?

Hello,

I still do not understand the problem. If you transition from one node to another, you are free to use whatever type of task you want in the process definition of your workflow. If you mean change the task type when reassigned from one user / group to another, than that is not possible without transitioning your workflow to another state.
