Alfresco Tomcat and Postgress won't stop

Alfresco Tomcat and Postgress won't stop running after I try to stop them im the manager tool. All I get is errors. And it just slows my computer for nothing. I have no idea what to do. Is this some kind of a bug?
This happens in Windows 10 x64.
