Alfresco Migration/upgrade

Hello

I recently re did the server where I had alfresco installed(converted to VM) so I backed up my entire Alfresco folder and I am wanting to restore my data how do I go about this.

I have alfresco 3.0.2 and I have installed it on a windows server 2003

If you require any other information please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the Link.

I followed the instructions as per the link.
but I get tomcat error saying /alfresco cant be found/displayed.

I dont know which logs to post that will help me with this.
