alfresco cannot install---initdb.exe error

Hi Alfresco users,
I'm new guy to alfresco. I download alfresco-community-4.2.c-installer-win-x32.exe file and try to install it on my Windows 2003 SP2 server (in workgroup/NTFS drive). But it failed when preparing installation. The error is:

There has been an error
Error running initdb.exe -U SYSTEM -E UTF8 -D D:/Alfresco/alf_data/POSTGR~1rogram ended with an error exit code
The application will exit now

So I cannot install alfresco now. I have searched the error in forum already. Try to grant everyone/users full control to the installed drive. But it does not work. I appreciate anyone could give some solution. Thanks in advance.

Possible reasons

permissions => U have checked it 
Space issue 
Another instance may be running, or the port is beeing used

I install mysql instead of PostgreSQL to resolve this issue.
