alfresco backup by tenant

Is this possible and how to do it if someone has done it before.
I would like to implement backup on client demand.

for example:
tenant A.
tenant B.
tenant C.

Tenant A makes backup of files, users, workflow, rights and all the rest.
also restore all this.

so , how to approach this and is this possible?

I am working on this, and I do not get how alfresco knows witch nodes are from witch tenant

any help from experts please.
