Can any one suggest good blogs which help me to do Single Sign On (SSO) for Alfresco 4.0 Share with LDAP?

The requirement is; I am planning to connect Alfresco Share with another application. If the user logged into that application, he/she should be automatically logged into Alfresco Share at the same time.
How can I achive this with LDAP? Can any body share the steps which i have to do here.

I got good idea by reading the wiki. But, as i am new to this area, i dnt know what are the things i have to do here to achive, Alfresco 4.2.c Share single sign on (SSO) with LDAP.
Can you please give me the steps to do this? Codes and files?
