Activiti Modeler: How to create a new stencilset

Hello
I am a new user of Activiti. I recently used oryx to create a new stencilset that was working but Activiti is the perfect platform for my stencilset and the application that I am developing. How can I implement a new stencilset in Activiti that is not bpmn?
Any help is appreciated.
