Activiti Designer not showing swimlane / participant info

Hi forum,

I have been looking into Activiti and I have a small doubt.

I modelled a simple process in Activiti Modeler. This process had two swimlanes that I used to identify the participants.

When I tried to enrich the BPMN2.0 in Eclipse with Activiti Designer, I didn't have the swimlanes present.
I've seen here in the forum that this is not a feature that will be supported.

This is fine, but shoudn't the information regarding the participant show itself in the  properties panel? How should a developer looking at the XML or Activity Cicle understand which participant is assign to each task?

Right. I understand your point.
This probably something that we could implement.
So when we read a BPMN 2.0 XML file with pools and lanes we could use that information to set as the assignee of a user task.
Is that what you're looking for?

Yes, that is exactly what i had in mind.

Although sometimes they might not be the same, but just having that information it would be fantastic.
