Hyland’s new Cloud Update Service provides a secure, scalable way to keep OnBase environments current — without the complexity of manual updates or disruptive downtime.
With this release, Cloud Update Service empowers organizations to streamline the deployment of monthly updates for OnBase, ensuring systems remain stable, secure, and compliant. The Cloud Update Service inventories OnBase components, identifies available updates, and enables administrators to apply them with a single click — all through a centralized admin portal that offers full visibility into versioning and system status.
In addition, Cloud Update Service supports n-1 versioning and includes rollback capabilities, giving organizations the flexibility to manage updates on their terms while maintaining compatibility across supported versions of OnBase.
By automating update deployments, Cloud Update Service reduces administrative overhead and eliminates the associated risks of running unpatched software. It also ensures OnBase solutions can continuously leverage the latest features of the Content Innovation Cloud — reinforcing Hyland’s commitment to transforming unstructured data into AI-ready content and enabling intelligent automation at scale.
The Cloud Update Service Admin Portal allows administrators to select components and environments to update, with full rollback functionality.
