Can you recommend the best group to join for Hosted Perceptive Content users?  I looked a number of the groups but does not seem to be any with recent comments or posts.

I tried to join the Higher Ed (I'm at a University) and OnBase (we use that). I got error msgs saying I didn't have privileges to do that. 

Know why?

@Vic_Nicholls  I was just able to verify that you are a now member of the Higher Education User Group and your request to join the OnBase User Group is still pending approval. I would also suggest that a user name that is more decipherable and closer to your real name would be a best practice out here on Connect.

Thanks. Our school has gone from the usernames to this format. So my userid is actually this. I'll have to see if there is a way to add a name so it shows, rather than the userid/email that we have now.
