@Alan_Boucher

How do we get notified when Hyland has identified that a specific version(s) should update to one that is recommended to resolve an issue.

For example, we were on 24.1.15 and told by Hyland Professional Services  to do an emergency upgrade to a build higher than 24.1.22.

I am not seeing that in your technical bulletin and security bulletin area.

Good question, @Kathleen_Hughes.

How did Hyland Professional Services notify you to do an emergency upgrade?  Was it through a Support Case or was it directly by email or phone?

Thanks,
Alan

In a project meeting with Hyland identifying dates.

It would be VERY helpful to bring back the old OnBase /Epic integration wiki in the old customer site, that tracked the versions supported and known issues and in what versions they were resolved. OR are in motion to be resolved.

That way we as customers can evaluate, and make informed decisions on what version or when to start an upgrade regardless of engaging professional services.

Transparency is a good thing and helps build customer interaction and make wise decisions on next steps.

Hi @Kathleen_Hughes,

We do have the Healthcare - Epic Hyperdrive Wiki on our new Community.

Cheers!

Sadly it is outdated. @Alan_Boucher  it has not been updated since 2024 and has no mention of 25 your latest release.

The minimum build now is 24.1.22 Plus Or 25.1.9.  ( We are upgrading now and kick off smart on fhir in Oct and working with professional services.)

The WIKI does not have the current issues and resolutions  being maintained.

OR is there a technical bulletin maintaining and alerting the Epic integration and version issues?  And the WIKI has been phased out?

For example, WBP is not working in 25.1.6 and must go to 25.1.9 or higher.  We have a request into GCS as of yesterday when we were told to.

Is it possible for this to be kept current?

Transparency builds a customer relationship.
