Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to share the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates were built with you in mind—focused on making your experience more intuitive, your navigation smoother, and your interactions with our platform even more effective.
Here are the featured updates we believe will have the greatest impact:
- Authentication – Fixed role assignment issue on the unauthenticated public dashboard
When users visited Community without signing in, some roles were incorrectly applied to unauthenticated sessions, causing the dashboard to break. This has been corrected.
- Cai – Fixed scrolling issues on smaller screens
Users accessing Cai’s terms and conditions on smaller screens were unable to scroll within the window. Scrolling now works as expected.
- Account Details – Fixed issue with the Success paths tab disappearing
The Success Paths tab appeared on initial page load but disappeared after being selected. Users previously had to navigate directly via URL or sign out and back in to view it again. This is now resolved.
- Cases – Fixed issue preventing customer selection for end users
A recent update to allow CPE case selection for Partner-submitted cases unintentionally impacted the Help with a product or licensing issue form, preventing customer accounts from being selected. This has been fixed.
