Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to share the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates were built with you in mind—focused on making your experience more intuitive, your navigation smoother, and your interactions with our platform even more effective.
Here are the featured updates we believe will have the greatest impact:
We’ve added a more detailed explanation of the Reported Defects section on the Support dashboard. This improvement makes it easier to understand the information provided.
The Reported Defects section now dynamically refreshes when the HSI number in the URL changes.
For the Help with a cloud platform request case type, we’ve added helpful descriptions for each service request type. Once you select an option from the dropdown, you’ll see a clear explanation of what it covers—making it easier to choose the correct request.
The Analysis resolution notes field in Projects now preserves its original formatting. This ensures your notes remain clear, organized, and easy to read—helping teams retain important details exactly as intended.
