where to find the document about creating rules ?

i want to create rules in some space , but i don't understand the items list in the action selections , where to find the detail description about these items?

You can find details for rules in the Alfresco-Tutorial.pdf which is in the Guest Home.

It can also be found on the Alfresco website http://dev.alfresco.com/

i have read Alfresco-Tutorial.pdf , but there are only two examples about rules creation ( one for aspect , and one for simple flow ) , what i want is detail description for all action items, it would be better if samples for each item.
would anyone kindly tell me where to find it ?
