tenant import issue

Hi,

I'm using alfresco3.1 enterprise on windows vista business edition. I had 2 instances of alfresco installed(both 3.1)

I created tenants and added files and spaces to each tenants. I created 3 tenants in total and one user under each tenant. I was attempting to export this data into the second nstance. The export worked fine(commands from tenantadmin console). problem is that when i try importing im not able to do it.

I get this following error

org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.InvalidNodeRefException: Node does not exist: workspace://@test.com@SpacesStore/f6525507-69b2-4b2a-b4b1-cfb7f98e7f47

@test.com@SpacesStore is created but the mentioned file isn't there in the location.

Is it a problem with the export or the import?

this is the import command that I used

import test.com C:/tenantdump/test C:/alfrescoXXX/alf_data/contentstore/test

test.com is the tenant and also in the location tenantdump, there are 2 more tenant directories that I exported.

Please help.

thanks in advance

I tried tenant export and import from 3.2E(trial ) to 3.2E(trial). It worked fine.

My real problem is I have to import tenants from 3.1 to 3.2 enterprise editions. That was the first thing I tried but since I was getting unknown errors, I decided to try doing from 3.1 to 3.1 first and then later do it for the more important and critical 3.1->3.2 export.

Any ideas? ..    :cry:

Hi,
I wrote a post on this "problem" and the way I managed it.
