Share Wiki text not indexed?

Hi All,

Just want to check that we don't have something unusual going on. We have Alfresco Community 4.0.a.

The content of a Share site Wiki does not appear to get indexed. We cannot successfully search for this text.

Is this normal?

UPDATE:

Wiki page title is indexed. But not page content. Looking at the Alfresco log file it can see:

[A15:59:15,236 DEBUG [org.alfresco.repo.content.transform.ContentTransformerRegistry] Searched for transformer:
   source mimetype: application/octet-stream
   target mimetype: text/plain
   transformers: []

After a new Wiki page is posted.

Leads me to suspect that Wiki page is being posted with Mime type of octet-stream.

Found JIRA reference ETHREEOH-1183 https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ETHREEOH-1183 to old (now fixed) bug where full text search of Wiki pages was disabled due to posting with incorrect Mime type of "octet-stream".

Is my problem related?

Can anyone point me in the direction of the source file that requires modification?

I have the same problem with Alfresco 4.0b running on 64bit Windows 7.
In Alfresco Explorer, my wiki pages are of mime-type "octet stream".
Any idea what I could change to make stroe them as an indexable format?
