Set an association to a Person through Workdesk

Hi All,

I'm currently going through an evaluation of Workdesk to see how it might meet some requirements we have regarding Case Management.
I'm trying to implement a POC using eFiles and their metadata.

When a case is opened an "Authorising Officer" is to be set for the case. Is there a way to configure an "Object Finder" in Workdesk?

Is there an alternate way that this sort of thing should be achieved in Workdesk?

Hi Patrick,

what kind of Association are you trying to create, you need to know that Workdesk is accessing the Repository through CMIS and you may not get all the information which you can get through native API.

By default the search Master Plugin is some kind of place to look for your requirement.
I'm pretty sure you want to assign the Case to a user who is part of the Users accessing the Repository, in BPM there is a solution using a specific field and corresponding FieldControl.
