hi everybody,

I'm using alfresco, and in some workflow, I send emails to partners, and I'm using some ftl templates that I store in alfresco repo, but I'm doing it manually, is there any way to store them automatically I mean like when I run alfresco, it takes them from a folder in my project and put them in the specific directory in alf repo.

regards,

You can use scheduled actions(jobs)

thank you for your help, but with scheduled actions it works with time, like every minute but what I want is to store those templates once I run alfresco or maybe updated next time

well, I what I want to do is when I run alfresco, the templates that I've put in a folder inside my alfresco (maven sdk)project, must be uploaded and stored in company home/data dictionnary/…/workflow notifications
thanks for your effort to help
