Recover a list with all Files and Folders?

Hi people, here again:

What's the correct query to get all useful information from the repository, mainly files and folders. I try this query:

Query query = new Query(Constants.QUERY_LANG_LUCENE, "*");

But it's too much, it obtains a lot of information that I don't need.
