Boas, já fiz o download do package em português mas onde descompacto a pasta de forma a converter o Alfresco em Português?

Na versão que instalei do Alfresco tem uma tradução do interface em português, não sei se será isto que pretende.

Para colocar o interface em português terá que ir a:

User options (icon que fica entre o icon de Administration Console e Hide or Show the side bar > Interface Language e escolher português.
