Permission on file link

Hi all, i have some questions on ApplicationModel.TYPE_FILELINK.
I have created a document, mydocument.pdf, in a folder, myfolder, and a link inside a user HomeFolder called mylink.pdf, the user is USERB.
The permission on Folder myfolder is:
a) do not inherit
b) USERA Consumer.
The permission on the file mydocument.pdf is:
a) inherit
b) USERB Consumer

The question is: why USERB cannot access mydocument.pdf using link mylink.pdf.

Because USERB doesn't have access to parents of mydocument.pdf (inherit on myfolder is false and only USERA can see this folder)
Don't forget that when you say "inherit = false" then you need to define the permissions for each descending nodes explicity by hand
