LDAP synchronization after login

I am unable to sync all the users as I am having more than 1000 users, I am getting size exceed limit. Is there any way to sync after the user is logged in? So only necessary user can be synced

If you want you can see this thread. http://forums.alfresco.com/comment/148043#comment-148043 It is not a good idea sync when your user still login to system.

Did you see the docs?

ldap.synchronization.queryBatchSize
    If set to a positive integer, this property indicates that RFC 2696 paged results should be used to split query results into batches of the specified size. This overcomes any size limits imposed by the LDAP server. The default value of 1000 matches the default result limitation imposed by Active Directory. If set to zero or less, paged results will not be used.

Thankyou for your reply, is it possible to skip the group differential query and search only for users?

I think it is not possible to skip group part, but you can always define a group query giving 0 groups to sync.
