Import / Export not working in Alfresco 3Stable?

Exporting and importing spaces -i.e with custom space types- between two alfresco 2.9C_dev installations works Ok. However, when importing same space in an Alfresco 3d -i.e. in a migration from 2.9C_dev to 3d-, the imported spaces in 3d do not replicate the creation date as stored in the *.acp file and originally in 2.9C_dev.

is this a known error? (jira is down and I cannot check)

Additionally. importing from 2.9C_dev into 3d it lends the repository corrupted. After stopping and restarting Alfresco3 I get following error:
