IE logon failed (NTLM SSO vs AD)

When I logon from the main page (http://localhost:8080/alfresco) from firefox, it works, but not from IE.  I suspect some kind of cache problem as I changed password today, but I've already cleared everything from IE and windows - is there anyway I can clear the cache with the active directory domain controller?
