How to import a file and its metadata

Hi all,

I'm sorry to need you help again. Now, it's eager for me to store a lot of audio files for a research. I can extract some imformation used ID3V1 or ID3v2 in the files and record these imformation into a .xml file for each audio file. Well, could you tell me how to automaticly import each audio file as a content and its .xml file as its metadata. If you have some tips that can directly import these audio files  into the CM, it's better. Of course, I hope that you recommend some articles as well.

If you want to import files with metadata in XML format, why not using the ACP format for bulk import of both files and metadata (see http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Export_and_Import#Alfresco_Content_Package_.28ACP.29_File_Format) ?
