Emailing site users from Alfresco Share

Maybe I have just missed something. In Alfresco explorer there is an easy way to send an email to all the users of a particular space, via "details", "actions".

Is there any similar easy way to do this in Alfresco Share?

Hi lachmac,

You can send email to sites user for a particular folder in the document library by creating a new rule through mange rule action.
While creating new rule in the Perform Action select send email and click on the message then the message box will appear .
By clicking on To field select users you want to send the email.
By executing the rule you will be able to send the email notification to the users.
