Disable 'My Home' and 'My Alfresco'

I want to to disable them, so the user logged in can directly view "Company Home" content.

If there's a method to link directly "Company Home" as the user logs in (without disable "MyHome" and "My Alfresco") I'm happy too 🙂

ok, I've found something similar:
"start location : company home" in "User Options"

now: there's a method to apply this rule for all the users? or rather: there's a method to set "company home" as default (when creating a new user)?

in web-client-config.xml I've changed the <initial-location> tag (<initial-location>companyhome</initial-location>)
