Custom action to data list item actions

Hi,

I created a rule to execute a script on each data-list item creation to start a work flow.
So I need some way of displaying the work flow details from the data grid.
I want to create a custom action like edit/duplicate/delete which display the work flows attached to that data-list item node.
I don't know how to do this.
Any help is deeply appreciated.

Hi,
           Thank you very much for the replay. It gets worked. Now i am trying create a folder in the document library with the name of one of the  fields in the datalist when clicked on the custom action. Could you gave any suggestions?

The problem get solved by using the code for duplicating datalists and customizing it.
