Bulk Load from Active Directory

Using Alfresco 3.2 and AD authentication. At the moment, i have to add each user in Alfresco manually.
Is there anyway to perform a bulk load of users from AD right into Alfresco?
Is there any way to automatically upload the delta each night?

in the alfresco-global.properties file the following setting defines when users and groups are imported:
synchronization.import.cron=0 0/10 * * * ?

You could set the following setting to true, so only changes in AD are synchronized.
synchronization.synchronizeChangesOnly=true
