JAVA_HOME in Enterprise Trial

I installed Alfresco Enterprise Trial on Windows XP.Launching Tomcat I get the message "JAVA_HOME enviromnment variable is not defined".But JAVA_HOME is defined and Alfresco Community Edition works fine.Could someone give me an help?Thanks.
