Adding custom menu items in 'More Actions' dropdown

Hi All,Is it possible to add a custom menu item in More Actions for a document - saying 'Add Category'. On clicking it, how can I take it to the 'Manage Categories Dialog'?Please help.Thank youAswini

HTTP 404 Error - Catalina won't start
