Preview the webpage from another machine

Is that possible to see the preview from another machine in the same network.??http://test.www--sandbox.127-0-0-1.ip.alfrescodemo.net:8180/Instead of 127-0-0-1 i changed that with my machine name, still i can't able to see the preview of the webpage.

Referencing (linking) documents
