Alfresco with CAS : Accounts loosing their admin privilege

Hi,

I'm integrating Liferay 5.2.3 and Alfresco 3.0.0d Community with CAS 3.3.2 on two separate machines : Liferay and CAS are on a server and Alfresco is alone on another. I followed the instructions detailed on the wiki (the old ones, as I'm integrating an Alfresco < 3.2, not the ones with mod_auth_cas).
My problem is that when I start a new repository from scracth (new base, alf_data folder empty), my admin users are admins. But after some minutes, when another user logs to the CAS, no admin user won't have admin privileges anymore, and I have to start over with an empty database and alf_data.

My admin users are configured in shared/…/custom-authority-services-context.xml and in webapps/…/authority-services-context.xml.
I don't know if this is important, but CAS is linked to an AD on a Windows 2008 Server.

Has anyone an idea ?

Thx

I just realised that my rights are destroyed when my LDAP syncronization happen. The group import is ok, but when the users accounts are imported every rights are gone.
This include personal rights, like managing his own parameters (name, company and stuff) and even when I click "My Home", Alfresco says : NavigatorPluginBean exception in getMyHomeRootNodes()
