Afresco deployment failed [Glassfish 3.1.1 | Alfresco 3.4.e]

Dear Gurus,
I hope you solve my deployment problem, and to be honest with you i tried very times and for longest period of times to solve it without any progress.

basicly,

I have a linux environment Linux version 2.6.32-100.34.1.el6uek.x86_64, Glassfish 3.1.1 and alfresco 3.4.e.

I install the glassfish server successfully, but once i try to deploy the alfresco 3.4.e (deploy alfresco.war) upon it, i face the following exception

Error occurred during deployment: Exception while loading the app : java.lang.IllegalStateException: ContainerBase.addChild: start: org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'repository-properties' defined in class path resource [alfresco/core-services-context.xml]: Error setting property values; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.PropertyBatchUpdateException; nested PropertyAccessExceptions (1) are: PropertyAccessException 1: org.springframework.beans.MethodInvocationException: Property 'valueSeparator' threw exception; nested exception is org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: 10160002 Cannot set the valueSeparator propery. & after return back to the server.log i read the following lines

After googling it i found the following links have the same problem and many of them is on the Alfresco JIRA

& you can notice that the last one of links is spring related link.
so,is that a bug ? where is it solution ? if there is no solution, i will go back to the Alfresco JIRA to open a ticket.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support running Alfresco on Glassfish. You are welcome to try and get it working, but you won't be able to get much help from us via the issue tracker.

However, I know that we have community users who have gotten Alfresco to run reliably on Glassfish in the past. There are some threads here in the forums as well as previous discussions in the issue tracker. Those might help you find clues on where to start. Keep in mind that with each release it is likely that you will have to put some additional effort into getting the two pieces of software to work together again.

Each time we get a new request for a support subscription for Alfresco on Glassfish, we re-evaluate whether we should adopt this platform. Feel free to contact an Alfresco sales person if you want to make such a request.

I wish I could offer more help, but hopefully this gets you moving in the best direction for your project.
