Acessing CIFS Server - Any configuration Need to be Done

While mapping my computer for CIFS, I am getting the Network path not found. How to make it work. Any help on this appriciated.

The most general explaination for your problem is that Alfresco's SMB server is not running.

Check (and post) your log.  It might say something about SMB server starting.
