Why every single user in different domains can see all section roots in document publication?

I have encountered that every single user in different domains can see all section roots of all the domains in Nuxeo when they try to publish their documents.

Is it right? Most of the users have only access rights in his own domain, but in publication they can see all of them.

Yeah. I had faced the same issue while working with publish. This might be Bug in Nuxeo (if not please correct me). User can see all the domains present but one fair thing is, user can publish the document only to the domain he/she has rights. So this will make sense during publishing.
