Problem with DM 5.5 XA Start Error

Hi My name is Giancarlo. Me and some other collegues are working with Nuxeo DM 5.5. in order to implement / evaluate a solution for one of our client.

We have installed PostgreSql 9.1 on one machine, and Nuxeo DM on another machine under Linux / Tomcat. After the installation Nuxeo Start well and we are able to connect with the Nuxeo, but after some operations like create new workspaces, folder, document Nuxeo raise this error:

Any suggestions?
