Attach document to an existing document without re-uploading it

Hi,

I'd like to re-attach an existing attached file of document to a new created document without having to re-upload it (via REST/API js).

ex:

File is in docA "files:files[0]"

I'd like to attach this file to docB "file:file" via REST API
