      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even though video conversions are done, the status information on the renditions remains in converting state. How can I fix it so that users can download the renditions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This looks like a bug to me. I just downloaded a new 8.3 and have the same problem. I've installed the software requirements as described. Here are the errors I get. Are you seeing the same thing in your nuxeo-server-8.3-tomcat/log/server.log?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
