topic Is it possible to hide the Nuxeo WebEngine website area? in Nuxeo Forum

I've noticed that there is an area in the website at the url "http://1.1.1.1/nuxeo/site". It seems to be auto generated content, and I was wondering if it's possible to hide this area from users who visit the website.

I'm uncomfortable with it displaying automation API information, and the location of the web root on the server.

Thanks.

Guess I'm just going to go and answer my own question.

I found a commit in Nuxeo's repo on August 11 that hides the webroot unless you are logged in as an Administrator:
https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/commit/9e4c9ce38be7322a36523cb2b49b142dfe23a524

I'm going to infer from this commit that the rest of it is intentionally public.

Given that I didn't want users to land on this page, I replaced the contents of the template page with a redirect back to my home page. I'm just putting this here in case other people have the same question.

I'm still open to thoughts as to if this will have repercussions, or if there's a better way to handle it.
