We haven't done any change this year on the platform. Since a few weeks : impossible to access to the "document management" tab. Somme people can, others ones cannot. This can change from one day to another (1 can today but cannot yesterday ...)</P> <P>Config is : Nuxeo 5.5, with a load balancer, heartbeat for 2 web servers, 2 Postgres BDD (masster / Slave). No particular alert on prtg (our monitoring tool).</P> <P>Any idea of the problem and how to troubleshoot it ?
