&lt;P&gt;Your Nuxeo Drive must be running and the files are in use, that's why you can't perform the upgrade.
Please try to stop it and retry the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue is this happens when Nuxeo is trying to auto-update.
This also happens at every login now.
If Nuxeo need to be closed the update script is not closing Nuxeo.
The update to the new version is broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
