Hi,
I have created an escalation rule which triggers on time but i want to cancel this escalation rule if my automation chain throws any exception, right now the escalation rules trigger again and again after the given time interval. I used the function WorkflowFn.ruleAlreadyExecuted() as well but it is not working. Any idea how to do this
